  • On a monthly basis, we'll continue to engage both new and previous customers. In addition, we will follow up on declined services, scheduled maintenance, and any other revenue-generating opportunities specific to each customer.

That's why we'll also send out non-revenue generating messages such as birthday wishes, anniversary greetings, maintenance reminders, and other relevant topics.   • Why should I sign up?
    The simple answer is, more money. Beyond that we want to help you build better relationships with your customers with out adding extra work. The tool is designed to help you engage with your customers, driving them into the store, and helping you increase your monthly revenue. Our goal is to help you reach a level of financial freedom that you wouldn't have with out using AutoConnectHub.
  • Is everything included in the cost of the program?
    Yes, everything is included in the $19.99 a month price along with the $9.99 per completed RO fee. You only pay if we do our jobs and drive in new business for you. Our goal is to drive 15 additional customers in to your store each month.
  • How does it work?
    Once you sign up for our service, you are contacted by AutoConnectHub. They will schedule a quick 10 minute call to get all the info we need to get you set up. We will set you up with dashboard so you can quickly see how things are going during the month. Don't worry, there isn't anything you have to do int he dash, it is just there to keep you informed. We will dive into customer data to build you your own "book of business". These are the customers we will work with to drive into your store. We will start small so that we can make sure we do the best job for you and your customers! Once we have the list of customers to work with we will send out the first message to them. Starting out we will message customers about a recall on their vehicle. We use Recalls as the initial message to help you build trust with your customers. This is a "I want to help you" message not a "I want you to come in and spend money" message. This will help you build a foundation of trust with your customers assuring they are more responsive to future messages from you. Each month we will engage new customers with Recall messages as well as reaching out to previous customers we have messaged. With the follow up messaging we will work on getting customers in for declined services, scheduled maintenance and any other revenue opportunities there may be with that customer. ​ We will also message customer other none revenue generating messages. Like birthdays, anniversaries, maintenance ideas and other topics to keep you top of mind with YOUR customer. After every visit with you a customer will get a hand written thank you note on your behalf thanking them for their business.
  • What does it cost & How am I billed?
    Just $19.99/month + $9.99 per completed RO. You will be billed the $19.99 on the date you sign up for the program. Then each month on the same date you signed up. Completed RO billing: We will have a list of completed RO's with vin and customer information on your portal for the previous month. When you sign up for the program we will ask you how your commission structure is set up. For example, do you get paid on the 15th of the month for the previous months commissions. You will be charged $9.99+tax per completed RO from the previous month the day after the date you have given us for your commission pay out. So in the example of the pay out on the 15th you would be charged on the 16th. We won't charge you until you get paid for the work we have helped you get the previous month.
  • Am I locked into a contract?
    The short answer is, No. AutoConnect charges a monthly subscription fee for our service but there are no commitments and you can cancel your membership at any time! Just email us at info@autoconnecthub.com You will be charged the completed RO fees of $9.99+tax on any completed RO for the last month you where running with AutoConnectHub.
  • Is there a way I can get discount?
    We are happy to offer a discount for anyone you refer to the program! For every person you refer to the program you will receive a month with NO MONTHLY PROGRAM FEE. You will still be charged the completed RO fee but you will not be charged a monthly program fee.
